Hackers Stole Data From Public Safety Comms Firm BK Technologies

Florida-based public security communications options supplier BK Applied sciences Corp (BKTI:NYSE American) revealed on Monday that its IT programs had been hacked lately.

The corporate mentioned in a regulatory submitting that it detected an intrusion on September 20. An investigation was launched and motion was taken to take away the attacker from its programs.

The incident resulted in some “minor disruptions” to non-critical programs and operations weren’t affected, the SEC was instructed.
