Israeli Cybersecurity Funding Hits $4.4 Billion Record High

Posted on December 10, 2025December 11, 2025 By CWS

The full funding of Israeli cybersecurity firms reached a document $4.4 billion in 2025, based on cybersecurity-focused enterprise capital agency YL Ventures.

The $4.4 billion raised by Israeli safety companies this 12 months — up by 9% from $4.03 billion in 2024 — got here from 130 funding rounds, considerably greater than the 89 rounds introduced final 12 months.

Of the full variety of funding rounds, 71 had been seed and raised practically $680 million, 50 had been Collection A and B and raised roughly $920 million every, and 9 had been Collection C+ rounds and raised roughly $1.9 billion.

Enterprise capital companies primarily based in the US led 44 seed rounds, whereas Israeli VCs led 35. 13 seed rounds had been co-led by US and Israeli VCs.

Unsurprisingly, seed funding in AI safety companies has continued to extend (12 firms in comparison with 8 in 2024). As well as, endpoint safety firms have seen a surge in funding, with 11 rounds in 2025 in comparison with just one in 2024.

Vital funding rounds had been introduced this 12 months by firms similar to Armis, Cato Networks, Cyera, Dream, and Island. A few of these firms used the brand new capital for acquisitions.

YL Ventures has been monitoring the Israeli cybersecurity ecosystem for the previous 10 years. Throughout this decade, it has seen general annual funding growing by greater than 500% (from $689 million to $4.4 billion), common seed rounds by over 230% (from $2.9 million to $9.6 million), and the variety of rounds by 80% (from 72 to 130). Commercial. These and extra findings might be included within the full YL Ventures State of the Cyber Nation 2025 report, which might be printed in early January 2026.

“This 12 months’s knowledge tells a compelling story of maturation and ambition,” stated Or Salom, YL Ventures analyst and writer of the report. “Israeli cybersecurity entrepreneurs are not simply constructing nice expertise; the Israeli cybersecurity ecosystem is persistently producing class main firms at world scale.”
