Nullify Gains .5M to Enhance AI Cybersecurity Solutions

Nullify Gains $12.5M to Enhance AI Cybersecurity Solutions

Posted on February 5, 2026 By CWS

Cybersecurity firm Nullify has successfully secured $12.5 million in seed funding to enhance its AI-driven workforce for managing vulnerabilities. The investment was spearheaded by SYN Ventures, with continued support from Black Nova Venture Capital.

Strategic Investment for Growth

This recent financial boost raises Nullify’s total funding to $16.9 million. The new funds are designated for expanding the company’s market reach, boosting its engineering and research capabilities, and supporting international growth endeavors.

Nullify specializes in creating an AI platform that serves as an autonomous team for product security management. This system emphasizes identifying, assessing, validating, and addressing vulnerabilities effectively.

Innovative AI Solutions

The platform seamlessly integrates with existing codebases, cloud infrastructures, and documentation systems to gather contextual data. This is facilitated by a component called Vault, which acts as a repository for ongoing security knowledge within organizations.

Using this data, Nullify’s AI can formulate and test exploit scenarios, evaluate risks based on potential impacts, and generate necessary patches, enhancing organizational security.

Addressing Modern Security Challenges

CEO and co-founder Shan Kulkarni emphasized the increasing complexity of AI-driven cyber threats. He stated, “Organizations cannot rely on outdated dashboards and scanners to defend against sophisticated attacks. Our AI workforce fills the gap, enabling security teams to outpace cyber threats.”

Located in San Francisco, Nullify aims to assist mid-sized enterprises and SaaS companies in optimizing their security operations, especially in light of current talent shortages in the cybersecurity field.

With this new investment, Nullify is poised to lead the charge in advancing AI solutions for cybersecurity, offering a robust defense against evolving threats.
