Pierce County Library System (PCLS) is notifying over 340,000 those that their private data was compromised in an information breach.
Between April 15 and April 21, 2025, risk actors accessed PCLS’s community and stole sure information from its methods, the general public library says.
“Upon discovering the difficulty, PCLS instantly commenced an investigation to verify the character and scope, and to determine what data may have been affected,” PCLS says in an incident discover on its web site.
