Cybersecurity startup Soverli on Monday introduced elevating $2.6 million in a pre-seed funding spherical led by Founderful, with extra assist from ETH Zurich Basis, Enterprise Kick, and angel buyers.
An ETH Zurich spin-off, Zurich, Switzerland-based Soverli is constructing a sovereign smartphone platform centered on consumer safety.
The working system can run alongside Android or iOS on normal cellphones, unbiased and remoted from them.
By enabling a number of remoted OSes to run on the identical machine concurrently, Soverli gives customers with each the expertise of their cellular platform of selection, and the safety advantages of the sovereign OS.
Customers can change to the sovereign OS with the press of a button, benefiting from elevated safety even when the Android/iOS platform is malicious or has been contaminated with malware or spyware and adware.
The principle good thing about the answer, Soverli says, is that the OS is appropriate with business smartphones with out {hardware} modifications or affect on consumer expertise.
