Astelia Secures M to Enhance Cybersecurity Solutions

Astelia Secures $35M to Enhance Cybersecurity Solutions

Posted on February 25, 2026 By CWS

Cybersecurity firm Astelia has successfully raised $35 million in seed and Series A funding to boost its exposure management platform. The funding round was spearheaded by Index Ventures and Team8, with further investment from Holly Ventures.

Founders and Company Background

Established in 2014, Astelia was founded by former Israeli national red team leaders Alon Noy, serving as CEO, Nadav Ostrovsky as CTO, and Roy Rajwan as CPO. The New York-based startup specializes in helping organizations manage and prioritize the remediation of critical vulnerabilities through its advanced platform.

Advanced AI-Driven Solutions

Astelia’s platform uses artificial intelligence to conduct deep network modeling, which involves mapping the enterprise environment, segmentation, and security controls. This sophisticated approach allows the identification of areas most susceptible to exploitation and aligns exploitability with real-world attack scenarios.

The platform provides customized remediation plans tailored to specific environments, thereby reducing exposure and minimizing unnecessary patch deployments. This strategic use of AI positions Astelia as a leader in proactive cybersecurity management.

Future Plans and Strategic Goals

The newly acquired funding will be utilized to enhance the platform’s AI capabilities, refine attack-path modeling, expand deployments, and strengthen strategic partnerships. Additionally, Astelia aims to recruit talent across engineering, research, and global go-to-market teams to support its growth ambitions.

Juriaan Duizendstraal of Index Ventures emphasized the importance of shifting from assumed risk to provable exposure in cybersecurity. He noted that solutions like Astelia’s enable organizations to align cybersecurity efforts with business priorities, thereby transforming vulnerability management from a reactive effort to a strategic defense.

This latest funding round positions Astelia to further cement its leadership in the cybersecurity industry by offering cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving challenges faced by enterprises worldwide.
