Capsule Security Unveils AI Protection with M Funding

Capsule Security Unveils AI Protection with $7M Funding

Posted on April 15, 2026 By CWS

Capsule Security, an innovative startup from Israel, has officially launched with a substantial $7 million in seed funding. This new venture focuses on enhancing the security of agentic AI by adding a crucial protective layer.

Founding and Mission

Established in 2025 by Naor Paz and Lidan Hazout, Capsule Security aims to safeguard AI agents by continuously observing their behaviors. Its primary goal is to thwart any manipulative actions, detect abnormal operations, and prevent unauthorized data access.

Based in Tel Aviv, the company’s solution is designed to provide comprehensive visibility over the actions of AI agents. It intervenes in real-time to rectify any hazardous or irregular activities, ensuring the integrity of AI operations.

Operational Framework and Integration

Capsule Security functions as an independent layer, compatible with various frameworks and environments. This flexibility allows it to oversee and control AI agents’ reasoning, interactions, and executions without interfering with their operations.

The platform is compatible with a range of models, including Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, and Salesforce Agentforce. It can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems to fortify both third-party and bespoke AI deployments.

Strategic Position and Vision

The startup has been recognized as a finalist in CrowdStrike’s Startup Accelerator program. Its recent funding round was spearheaded by Lama Partners and Forgepoint Capital International, highlighting investor confidence in its vision.

CEO Naor Paz emphasizes the critical role of AI agents as they become akin to privileged users within enterprises. Unlike traditional software, these agents operate at machine speed, presenting challenges for security teams to manage. Capsule Security aims to bridge this gap by maintaining control over access and execution, allowing organizations to leverage AI safely.

The emergence of Capsule Security marks a significant advancement in AI safety, promising a future where AI agents can be deployed with greater confidence and security.
