Glow Debuts with 0M Funding and .2B Valuation

Glow Debuts with $180M Funding and $1.2B Valuation

Posted on July 22, 2026 By CWS

AI-driven endpoint security firm Glow has officially launched from stealth mode, securing a substantial $180 million in Series A funding. Achieving a valuation of $1.2 billion, the company’s funding round was spearheaded by Sequoia, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures. Additional financial backing came from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, and Holly Ventures.

Strategic Leadership and Vision

Founded in 2025 and based in Tel Aviv, Glow is led by an experienced team. CEO Roi Tiger, a former VP of engineering at Meta, heads the company alongside CTO Omer Singer, previously responsible for cybersecurity strategy at Snowflake, and VP of R&D Ophir Arie, formerly with Claroty. The leadership team is further strengthened by Chief Product Officer Arnon Joseph and Chief Strategy Officer Emily Heath, both bringing significant industry expertise from their previous roles at Meta, United Airlines, and DocuSign.

Innovative Security Solutions

Glow’s primary mission is to mitigate risks in modern environments dominated by AI usage, which often become vulnerable to advanced attacks. The company offers security teams enhanced control over endpoint activities through AI agents that perform real-time risk analysis and policy enforcement. This proactive approach helps minimize the attack surface and supports secure AI adoption.

Expansion and Market Impact

Despite operating in stealth mode, Glow has already signed on enterprise clients across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and retail. The new funding will be instrumental in boosting Glow’s market presence in the United States and expanding its research division, Glow Labs. Emily Heath emphasizes the need for advanced tools that align with the rapid AI adoption in enterprises, stating that Glow aims to bridge the gap between security demands and technological advancement.

In summary, Glow’s strategic entry into the market with strong financial backing and a visionary leadership team positions it as a significant player in the AI security landscape. The company’s focus on reducing risks and enhancing security for AI-driven enterprises marks a crucial step in addressing the challenges posed by rapid technological changes.
