Team8 Raises $365M to Boost Enterprise Tech Ventures

Posted on August 13, 2026 By CWS

Team8, an Israeli venture fund, has successfully secured an additional $365 million in capital this week. This new funding is divided into $265 million allocated to Team8 Capital’s third fund, and $100 million earmarked for further investments in promising startups within its portfolio.

Expanding Investment Portfolio

With this influx of capital, Team8’s total assets under management have approached the $2 billion mark since its inception in 2014. The firm is renowned for supporting early-stage companies in the enterprise technology sector, notably through its venture-creation model that aids in co-founding and nurturing startups across various domains including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), fintech, and digital health.

Team8’s cybersecurity investments boast significant names such as Talon, Dig, and Koi, all of which have been acquired by Palo Alto Networks. The firm provides strategic capital and operational support to help these companies develop solutions that address critical enterprise security challenges.

Focus on AI and Cybersecurity

This year, Team8’s cybersecurity funding recipients include Frame Security, Act Security, Mate Security, Jazz, Fig Security, Astelia, and Lema AI. The firm’s current strategic focus is on harnessing AI to address enterprise challenges. According to Sarit Firon, Managing Partner at Team8, the real competitive edge in AI will emerge from solving fundamental enterprise problems that persist across technological changes.

Firon emphasized that Team8 is poised to foster the next wave of AI-native companies that define their categories. The firm’s unique advantage lies in its enterprise Village communities, alongside its go-to-market, recruiting, and AI teams, which offer founders unparalleled support.

Future Outlook

Team8’s strategic investments and focus on AI highlight its commitment to driving innovation across technology cycles. As AI capabilities continue to evolve rapidly, Team8’s approach to enterprise problems positions it to remain at the forefront of venture capital and technology development. With this new funding, the firm is well-positioned to continue its trajectory of supporting transformative technology companies.
