Cloaked Secures 5M to Boost Privacy Tools and Enterprise Expansion

Cloaked Secures $375M to Boost Privacy Tools and Enterprise Expansion

Posted on March 19, 2026 By CWS

Cloaked, a leader in consumer privacy and security, has successfully raised $375 million in a Series B funding round coupled with growth financing. This substantial investment aims to accelerate the company’s product development and broaden its platform’s reach, catering to both individual users and businesses.

Robust Financial Backing

The recent funding surge elevates Cloaked’s total capital to over $400 million. The round was spearheaded by General Catalyst and Liberty City Ventures, with notable contributions from Lux Capital, Human Capital, Marquee Ventures, Fifth Growth Fund, NFL Players Association, LG Technology Ventures, Assurant Ventures, and DuckDuckGo. This diverse investor participation underscores the strong confidence in Cloaked’s vision.

Innovative Privacy Solutions

Cloaked’s platform is designed to empower users with control over their personal information. It facilitates the creation of unlimited, unique virtual identities, such as phone numbers and email addresses, which users can utilize when engaging with online services. This feature is crucial for safeguarding real contact details from potential breaches.

Additionally, Cloaked offers an automated data removal tool that actively searches and deletes users’ personal information from data brokers and people-search platforms. Its Call Guard feature, powered by AI, screens incoming calls to prevent spam and scams.

Strategic Enterprise Expansion

The newly acquired funds will also support the launch of AI-driven personal agents designed to manage and enforce privacy and security preferences for users across their digital presence. Furthermore, Cloaked is expanding its enterprise solution, Cloaked Enterprise, which was introduced last year. This program focuses on identifying and mitigating cybersecurity threats that arise from employees’ personal digital activities.

According to Arjun Bhatnagar, co-founder and CEO of Cloaked, the company has masked over 10 million identities, removed more than a billion data records, and screened upwards of 40 million calls. This milestone marks the beginning of a significant journey in making privacy an accessible and indispensable part of everyday life.

The developments mark a pivotal moment in the ongoing battle for consumer privacy, with Cloaked at the forefront of creating a user-friendly platform that simplifies privacy protection.
