Rein Security Secures $25M to Enhance AI Runtime Protection

Posted on October 8, 2026 By CWS

Rein Security, a burgeoning player in the cybersecurity arena, has successfully secured $25 million in a Series A funding round, elevating its total financial backing to $35 million. This pivotal investment was spearheaded by Glilot Capital alongside Sienna Venture Capital, with further contributions from Corner Ventures, Atlacle, and RNP Capital Advisors.

Strategic Expansion and Innovation

Founded in 2024 and operating out of Tel Aviv and New York City, Rein Security has carved a niche by safeguarding applications during runtime and delivering real-time insights within production settings. The company has now broadened its expertise to encompass AI agents, ensuring their secure operation.

Their AI-native platform is designed to monitor agent actions, offering critical visibility and implementing real-time safeguards. Moreover, it extends its capabilities to secure the supply chain of AI agents, addressing an urgent need as AI technology rapidly evolves.

Meeting the Demand for AI Security

With the accelerated adoption of AI outpacing existing security measures, Rein Security’s proprietary real-time security architecture is poised to provide a much-needed solution. As reported, the platform currently safeguards thousands of AI agents across diverse industries.

This fresh injection of capital will be instrumental in fast-tracking product development and advancing research into agentic behavior. Additionally, the company has set its sights on expanding its workforce globally to support these initiatives.

A New Era in Cybersecurity

Arik Kleinstein of Glilot Capital highlighted the transformative impact AI agents are having on enterprise security. He noted that as these agents gain autonomy in accessing systems and making decisions, there is a pressing necessity for innovative security frameworks to manage this transition.

Kleinstein emphasized Rein Security’s potential to lead this emerging field, citing the company’s strategic vision and early successes as pivotal in shaping the future of AI security.

Related developments in the sector include Hadrian’s $40 million raise for expanding autonomous offensive security, doxx.net’s $38 million funding to prevent AI agent mishaps, Osavul’s $10 million for detecting hostile intent, and Armadin’s significant $255 million raise, reflecting the growing investment in cybersecurity solutions.
