Zenity Secures $125M to Boost AI Security Governance

Posted on August 11, 2026 By CWS

Zenity, a prominent player in AI security and governance, has successfully raised $125 million in a Series C funding round led by Norwest. This significant investment highlights the growing apprehension among enterprises regarding the security challenges posed by autonomous AI agents, which interact with sensitive data and make critical business decisions.

Key Investors and Strategic Partnerships

The funding round saw participation from several new strategic investors, including Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures. Existing investors like Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP, and Intel Capital also reinforced their commitment by participating in this round.

Zenity distinguishes itself from traditional AI security solutions, which often concentrate on model protection and input filtering. Instead, Zenity focuses on the real-time activities of autonomous AI agents within enterprise environments, addressing potential security vulnerabilities as they occur.

The Rise of Autonomous AI Agents

Autonomous AI agents are increasingly integrated into various enterprise platforms, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, cloud infrastructures, and core business tools. These agents often access vital enterprise resources such as internal emails, cloud storage, CRM systems, and productivity suites.

While these agents enhance operational efficiency, they also introduce new security risks. If compromised, these agents could inadvertently leak sensitive data or trigger unauthorized actions. Zenity’s platform offers real-time monitoring and preventive measures to ensure that agent activities align with organizational security policies.

Zenity’s Comprehensive Security Framework

Zenity’s technology provides organizations with the tools to implement deterministic governance over AI systems. It assesses agents’ intended actions in real time, allowing, modifying, or blocking activities as necessary to prevent security breaches before they occur.

The company supports both commercial and custom AI frameworks, helping organizations mitigate risks across diverse vendor deployments. Zenity’s solutions are trusted by enterprises in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and technology, including Fortune 500 companies.

Future Outlook and Expansion Plans

Zenity has demonstrated remarkable growth, tripling its annual recurring revenue over the past two years. With a workforce of over 230 employees, Zenity operates research and development in Tel Aviv, with management teams based in New York.

The new capital will fuel Zenity’s expansion across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, enhance research capabilities at Zenity Labs, and strengthen preventive security measures for enterprise AI deployments. The company remains committed to advancing industry standards and frameworks to tackle emerging AI security threats.
