Zenity Secures $125M in Series C to Boost AI Security

Posted on August 4, 2026 By CWS

Zenity, a company specializing in AI security and governance, has successfully raised $125 million in a Series C funding round. This latest investment increases the company’s total funding to $180 million.

Key Investors and Funding Details

The Series C round was spearheaded by Norwest, with significant contributions from Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures. Previous investors, including Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP, and Intel Capital, also participated in this round.

Founded in 2021 and based in Tel Aviv, Zenity has been instrumental in aiding organizations with secure AI adoption. The company’s platform facilitates understanding of AI agents’ intentions, allowing actions to be permitted, altered, or blocked as necessary.

Innovative AI Security Solutions

Zenity’s technology is designed to differentiate between legitimate and malicious AI activities, providing protection against potential threats before they impact organizations. The platform supports a wide range of AI frameworks, such as Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude Codex, and more.

In addition to its core offerings, Zenity operates Zenity Labs, which focuses on identifying vulnerabilities in AI systems, including zero-click attacks that threaten enterprise AI agents with data breaches and system compromises.

Expansion and Future Outlook

With over 230 employees worldwide, Zenity runs its research and development center in Tel Aviv, while its market operations are based in New York. The new funding will drive further product innovation, expand Zenity Labs, and enhance the company’s global reach.

Assaf Harel, a partner at Norwest, emphasized the need for advanced security solutions as enterprises increasingly integrate AI agents into their workflows. He noted Zenity’s strategic advantage in developing comprehensive AI security solutions and its successful implementations among Fortune 1000 companies.

Zenity’s recent funding represents a significant step forward in the company’s mission to lead in AI security, positioning it as a potential leader in the industry.
